In a follow-up press briefing held in a conference room described in the agenda as 'medium-sized and available,' university spokesperson Darlene Fitch confirmed that the investigation had entered what she termed Phase Two, which she defined as 'the phase that follows Phase One and precedes any phase that may come after it.'
