Local Man Convinced Medieval TV Show Characters Will Personally Update Him on Their Travel Plans

WESTERVILLE, OH — Local fantasy enthusiast Gary Klempson, 34, reportedly spent his entire Sunday evening glued to his laptop screen, convinced that the fictional characters from HBO's "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" would somehow communicate their future storyline decisions directly to him through his Wi-Fi connection.

"I need to know where Dunk and Egg are headed next," said Klempson, who has been hitting F5 on various entertainment websites with the dedication of a day trader during a market crash. "What if they take the scenic route? What if they stop for medieval snacks? I can't plan my week without this crucial information."

Klempson's roommate, Marcus Chen, reports that Gary has been treating the show's characters like actual people who owe him detailed travel updates. "Yesterday he asked me if I thought Dunk had a good dental plan," Chen said. "I had to remind him that Dunk is a fictional character from a made-up world where people primarily communicate through sword violence."

When reached for comment about their season 2 travel plans, representatives for the characters Dunk and Egg failed to respond, likely because they are imaginary constructs portrayed by actors who have probably gone home to eat normal food and use modern toilets.

Klempson remains undeterred, having already cleared his calendar for what he calls "Dunk and Egg News Watch 2025."
